I just created a group called "Mathematical Search" on Google groups. I also added a page for Mathematical Search and Math Handwritten Recognition to the research section of my website.
So far, I only have a comprehensive list of all of the references that I have covered. If you are interested in the subject if Mathematical Search, Handwritten Math recognition or OCR in general feel free to post to this group.
